Comfort Suites Williamsburg Historic Area

The front desk team were so nice, and the staff really went out of their way to make our family comfortable last weekend. Our room was clean, and the bed was great to sleep in. We had a very positive stay and loved the hotel and its staff.

The location made it easy to get around, and we'd absolutely stay here again. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt clean, modern, and well maintained. Our suite was large and nicely equipped, though I would've liked some wall hooks. We could sometimes hear the people next door and upstairs, but turning on white noise drowned it out while we slept.

The breakfast attendant was the best, with a great sense of humor, personality, and hospitality. Coming here changed how I view hotel hospitality. The place is gorgeous, extremely clean and quiet, and I felt very safe. I'm very happy with the employees and will always come back.

Matthew at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and deserves a nomination for employee of the year. Mario was sweet too, offering me food from the buffet when I had to check out at 5 in the morning to catch a train. The staff overall were wonderful, and housekeeping kept my spacious room beautiful and tidy. The cozy bed, storage, and lovely, perfectly folded towels made it comfortable. I also appreciated the therapeutic heated pool and jacuzzi, the big breakfast buffet, and coffee and tea available around the clock. There are guest laundry facilities, a game room, and a fitness center too. I highly recommend the Comfort Suites in Williamsburg. It really lives up to its name and is the best place to stay.
