It was cheap and clean, with no bedbugs, but I don't think it was worth it. Since breakfast costs extra and the motel food was disgusting, you might as well spend more somewhere like a Hilton where breakfast is included. The rooms are really old and the bathroom was cramped. Towels had old makeup stains, the bath had standing water, though the sheets appeared clean. The pillows felt overstuffed and weren't comfortable, and the thin blankets were a problem, but the heater worked really well. The refrigerator froze our chicken. We had three people and only one container of shampoo and conditioner, but the desk gave me more. I didn't go to the pool.

Getting to the elevator meant walking around inside to the other side with our bags, which was a big problem with toddlers and elderly family members. The bed was broken and nearly made my grandmother fall. The TVs didn't work on weekends, the connection glitched the whole time, and the WiFi didn't work either. The refrigerators froze anything we put in them, including produce for our toddler. They had a washer and dryer but no way to buy detergent in the hotel. The breakfast table was broken and tilted, and our food nearly fell off when we set it down. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. If you want somewhere safe and worth the price, don't come here.

Dogs barked all night, and the hotel was very noisy. We had connecting rooms with our daughter and her husband. Their room blew cold air constantly and was freezing, while ours stayed extremely hot no matter what temperature we set. Very disappointing stay.

We had a group of 40 people stay here for Grand illumination weekend, and I was extremely upset that my clients had to deal with these room conditions. One room had blood on the sheets before bedtime, which is highly unacceptable. My group leader got them new rooms, but that room should never have been in that condition. In another, the heater couldn't be adjusted and it was like a sauna. An air conditioner or heater was falling out of the window and letting cold air in. The dining room chairs and tables need updating. I expected better from a Best Western. We won't be returning.
