Residence Inn by Marriott Williamsport

We come here every time we visit family. It’s clean and up to date, and the staff are wonderful. Breakfast is fresh, with several choices.

Maia Marrone really helped me out during my last stay. I travel with a van full of equipment, and when a lot of it started failing, my company sent a technician but I had no idea where the service work could happen. I talked to the front desk while pretty stressed, and the first person I spoke with was as nice as always, though I can’t remember her name. The sales manager, Maia Marrone, offered the conference room for the service call at no charge. She was wonderful and took a lot of stress off me. I don’t think she knows how much that meant. The staff here are great, including housekeeping and the breakfast lady. I stay here whenever I’m in Williamsport and recommend it all the time. The rooms are clean and very nice, and there are lots of breakfast options. Love them!

This is my favorite hotel in the US. The beds are comfortable, the staff are great, and breakfast and the Tuesday and Thursday social are awesome. I also appreciate that the rooms still have standard clocks. Hilton chains have been removing them over the years for some reason, so thanks, Marriott, for keeping them. The location’s great too, within walking distance of a nice grocery store and plenty of restaurants.

Right in the heart of Williamsport, this hotel is clean, updated, and quiet. There’s a pool, hot tub, and gym on the main floor, plus a decent continental breakfast. Shops and restaurants downtown are easy to reach on foot.
