Kashyap checked us in and was a real gentleman, so helpful and attentive. At 7:30 in the morning, before the 8:00 breakfast start, I asked about coffee and he offered to make a fresh pot in ten minutes. Breakfast was included and very nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and modern, and it was good value for the price. We came up from Fairfield County, CT, for leaf peeping and got the last room available since most places nearby were full. I chose this one based on its good reviews. The one downside was a sweet, strong room fragrance, possibly from the cleaning products or deodorizer. I didn’t like it when we first walked in, so we kept a window open. The staff were lovely and professional.

The Cozy Corner was clean, easy to get to, and had plenty of parking. Everyone was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and up to date, and breakfast being included was a nice extra. I really enjoyed the stay and recommend it.

For the price, this was superb. The owner was very pleasant, and breakfast was good to great, with waffles, boiled eggs, bagels, fruit, and yogurt. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was immaculately clean.

We only stopped here because a three-hour traffic jam kept us from reaching our next destination. I wouldn’t stay again. The room was dated, with dingy carpet and dust embedded around the furniture and baseboards. The perfume smell was overwhelming, almost as if it were covering something up, and it triggered a migraine. We had to pack up and leave at 4 a.m. The other reviews about the loud, musty, ineffective AC were right. It was 50 outside that night, but we couldn’t cool the room below 80.

The comfort, cleanliness, and convenience were hard to beat for the price. The beds were comfortable, the motel was very clean, and the amenities were great. The host was kind and suggested Spice Root for dinner, which was the best Indian food we’d had in a while. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was, the photos didn’t do it justice. It’s beside a lovely river, with a pleasant spot to sit and eat or have coffee, plus a small but much-appreciated playground for little kids.
