For a motel costing a little over sixty dollars, the comfort and cleanliness were a very pleasant surprise. Everything was spotless, from the room itself to the mattress protectors, and the uncovered pillows looked brand new. I remove the sheets and pillowcases after a stay and leave them in one corner, with used towels in another, to make things easier for the cleaning crew. The service was great too. I called ahead because we’d arrive after check-in, and the man on the phone reassured me and arranged easy access to our room after hours. I honestly can’t figure out why it’s so cheap.

We were in town for a wedding, and this motel worked out perfectly. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and our room was clean, well furnished, and had a fridge and microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable. We’d definitely stay again!

We felt at home here. The grounds were tidy, and the motel sits between beautiful mountains. Our room was clean each day, and the housekeeper did an amazing job. The staff were friendly, and the location was just right. We’ll be back next time we pass through Williamstown. 5+++!

Clean, cute, and affordable, with a great spot right on Route 7. There’s plenty of food nearby, and Bennington is just 15 minutes away. Highly recommend!

I thought I’d already reviewed this place after last year, but apparently I hadn’t. I’ve stayed at this great little motel twice in the past three years, and both visits went really well. I’m looking forward to coming back next week. It’s a simple, no-frills room that’s clean and affordable, and the staff are friendly. Hiking, the universities, downtown, and other nearby places are all easy to reach. Finding a reasonably priced room is tough these days, whether you’re out in the sticks or in a city, so the Villager Motel is a great deal with good service. I’ve tried the other options around here, and this is the best choice. Looking forward to a comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a welcoming staff for my next getaway.
