The room was clean, and the service was friendly and great, about what you'd expect for Williston ND. But the front entrance was under construction, so I had to go all the way around to the back. I don't know why they didn't unlock the side doors until 9pm or something. My first key cards and the door unlocks weren't working, so the desk clerk had to come to the room with me. After dinner, a new key card worked as it should. The lock was sticky enough that I had to kick the door open, and the shower got warm but never really hot.

MANAGER TEA goes above and beyond for customers. When the fridge failed and I lost lamb, she worked hard to seek compensation. She's very service oriented, and her staff are professional, compassionate, and well trained. If something goes wrong, she'll address it and make sure you get the best solution. This was my best stay ever!!!! Thank yall greatly.

The staff were nice, but I'd tell people to stay away. My reservation wasn't on file, and the room they found wasn't the one I wanted. It turned out bigger and more expensive. The first room was dirty, so they moved me, but then that room's key wouldn't work. There was a smell in the room, and the shower was cold on two of my three days. What a dump.

Breakfast is delicious, and housekeeping keeps the rooms very clean and fresh smelling. I've stayed here a few times and it's always been a great experience. The front desk people are wonderful, and the GM is amazing. I'll keep staying at this wonderful hotel.

We stayed on the top floor for 5 days, and it was very quiet. The staff learned our names and were extremely helpful. Parking was easy to find each night, and the elevator was cleaned daily. The room was clean and had a microwave, sink, and fridge, all working flawlessly. The beds were firm and comfortable, with a nice variety of pillows. The shower had great pressure and hot water, and I liked the shampoo and body wash dispensers, plus the soap dispenser at the sink. Breakfast was $10, a good deal for a full meal with real bacon. The pool was being reconstructed, but we knew that when we made the reservation, so it wasn't a problem. It's 5 minutes to Walmart and 12 minutes to downtown. We also got a great Marriott point amount. Great hotel, enjoyable stay, highly recommended!!!!!!
