Sonia saved me a lot of hassle after I accidentally booked the wrong dates. I’d first been told changes weren’t possible and that canceling meant paying the full amount without a refund, but once I was transferred to the front desk, she changed the dates quickly and accommodated me. Maria was just as kind and welcoming when I arrived. I’m a singer with a residency nearby, so this is going to be my regular place to stay. The service was amazing, and the rooms were spotless, right down to the cute bow on the toilet paper. It’s also perfectly located near lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the staff, service, and location.

The location is within walking distance of BART, and everyone I met on staff tried their best to make me comfortable. Sonia handled my check-in and patiently shared helpful information. Paul was engaging, and we had a nice chat when I checked out. The room and service from the team were both very reasonable. My one suggestion is to look at ways to reduce noise in rooms near the highway.

The reason I’ll come back is the high level of service throughout, which feels like a management priority. Even the room details, like the placement and toilet paper folded into bows, show care. The front desk was assertive and the restaurant hospitality stood out. Karla, the gracious evening server, helped me and kept things fun for everyone. The refreshed rooms have brought new life to the hotel, too. The redone shower, bed, and hardware make the room pleasant, beyond just cosmetic changes.

The hotel was great, especially the front desk staff. Karla and Junior were the bomb, so nice and helpful, and the morning restaurant crew did a great job. I only got food to go, so didn’t really interact with them. The food was tasty both morning and night. The rooms got very cold, and I noticed the outside doors propped open several times, so the halls were freezing. Hopefully it’ll be warmer next time I’m back. 😎

Recent renovations have made the hotel feel much more modern, and the staff are always friendly and professional. I especially like having the on-site restaurant and lounge. Karla makes my stays more enjoyable and entertaining. This will always be my place when I’m traveling to the Bay Area.
