Hampton Inn & Suites Williston

The room’s water pressure was miserable, and I brought it up at the front desk nearly every day. They kept assuring me it would be handled, but nothing changed. With the hotel’s 100% satisfaction guarantee, I expected at least some compensation. I got none, and the manager who was supposed to contact me never did. I also tried to speak with her during business hours, but she was never there. The stay itself was adequate, about what I’d expect from a Hampton. My issue is the lack of integrity in how the complaint was handled. There are other hotels in Williston with much better service, and I’d choose one of those.

For the priciest place in town, you’d think they’d keep the basics stocked. Every time I come there’s no toothpaste, and now they’re out of razors too.

I paid over $300 a night for two nights, but room service never came during my 48-hour stay. The elevators were out of order the whole time, and there was hair stuck to the bathroom shower walls. Stay somewhere else, or skip Williston if you can.

We were traveling to the National Parks with five kids aged 11 to 23, and this hotel was just okay. The rooms were clean, and the service was fine, nothing special. Breakfast and the coffee station were typical, though there was no hot cocoa. 🙁 The pool was closed for scheduled maintenance. They should have told us when we booked, since we wouldn’t have stayed here if we’d known.
