The rooms could use an update, though they were clean. The owner is really nice and seems to be doing his best to turn the place around. Prices are fair for this area, where there aren't many other choices.

The owner is great, and the staff treated me so well. I'd definitely recommend staying here 😊

Do NOT stay here. The manager and an employee were fighting in the hallway, screaming, pushing and slapping each other, and at one point throwing each other against our room door. I asked them to stop. They carried on farther down the hall, still yelling, so loudly that I threatened to call the police. It continued out in the parking lot. When my husband called to say we were leaving, the manager claimed it was someone in the room next to us who had been fighting. It was the manager and one of her employees. She even came to our room to apologize, while two other employees kept telling her to stop and act like a manager. She kept trying to get at the other employee. If I knew who owned this hotel, I'd report them.

This is an extended stay place where you can rent by the week or month. There are 64 units across two buildings, and housekeeping comes once a week. The hot water problem has been fixed. The two-story wood decor and carpet are lovely. In the common room there are tables, two couches, two computers, and a 65-inch TV, so guests can relax, watch games, or hold a meeting. The king suites have a kitchenette, a loveseat that folds out into a bed, two nightstands, a table and chair, a coffee table, a full-size fridge, a convection microwave for baking, a two-burner cooktop, and a credenza with drawers and a separate hanging space. Double queen suites have the same setup except they have two queen beds instead of the couch. Guest laundry is available in both buildings.

For $850 a month, you get WiFi, two queen beds, a bathroom, and a small kitchen with a fridge, two-burner stove, and tiny microwave. Room service comes once or twice weekly, but taking out your own trash is up to you. There's coin laundry, though I never used it. The machines looked dirty because some people put oily oilfield clothes in them, even though certain machines are marked for that. There are a few computers in the common area, too.
