I've been here seven months, paying monthly since I arrived in October 2024, and I'll be leaving in May 2025. The front desk staff have been polite and accommodating. The room is good value for the price, with a full-size fridge, full-size microwave, and two-burner cooktop. I bought a 1.5-inch mattress topper for the bed. I'll be back in July for another five-month stay.

The best part of my stay was meeting a few good people. Mr Scott, the maintenance guy, Jamie, the new girl, and a couple of receptionists were very sweet and professional, and did what they could to help. Management, especially the GM, was rude and disrespectful. They took money from you, and said new bedding or towels were available without telling you they would try to charge extra. If they didn't like you, they'd make false accusations. Housekeepers wouldn't clean your room. This has been the worst place I've visited, and I don't recommend it.

On our drive from Montana to Minnesota, we needed somewhere to rest for the night and shower. I booked a two-bedroom queen room, but the beds were full size, not queen. The room didn't feel clean, and there were exposed wires beneath the window. My husband asked the front desk for batteries after finding the remote dead, but she said they had no extras. I wouldn't stay here again.

My room had a full-size fridge, two electric burners, a microwave, and a big bathroom, and it was great apart from the heat. The AC worked, but the heater didn't, and the room got cold. The office said they didn't have a handyman and offered to move me, but I'd just settled in and didn't want to switch rooms. I checked over the next few days to see if they'd hired one. Nope. They did give me two small space heaters, and those little suckers have worked pretty well so far. I just hope they're enough for those cold winter nights coming up in a few weeks. 🙏
