They say they have truck parking, but apparently they don't want to host truck drivers. Check-in isn't allowed before 2:30 p.m. unless staff are in a good mood, and they only came to get me after I was about to look for somewhere else. That empty truck lot says a lot.

The motel is a bit out from downtown, but my room was bright, smelled freshly cleaned, and had a neatly made bed with fresh linens. The bathroom was clean too. I was traveling with a bicycle, and Vinny at the front desk went out of his way to help. He was polite and genuinely considerate. Couldn't ask for better service.

After a 17-hour drive, with bad road conditions expected, I called to move my check-in from 2/20/2026 to 2/21/2026. A very rude employee said there was no availability even though I already had a reservation, then told me to cancel it. I did cancel and moved to another motel because of how he handled it.

We had booked a room with two double beds for three people, but on arrival they said none were available and offered only two twin beds. They wouldn't help or refund us. Terrible service.

For a work assignment I needed somewhere affordable, quiet, clean, and safe. This hotel worked out well for all of that. The staff were easy to reach and very helpful, especially when my plans changed. Shout out to Vinny, thank you!
