Cashmere at the front desk welcomed us warmly and had a great attitude during check-in. She was professional, organized, and helpful with what we needed. The rooms were clean and breakfast was nice. I thought she was the manager, she runs a great shift!
The breakfast room and coffee were available 247, and everyone from the front desk to the laundry room staff was ready to help. The renovated rooms were perfect for anything from one night to a week. All around, it's an amazing place and a great stop or temporary home for a family visiting Williston, North Dakota.
My room was dirty, and there was stuff left behind by the previous tenant. The microwave and heater didn't work. Housekeeping kept waking me at 9:30, banging on the door like police, even though checkout was at 11. They said they'd spoken to housekeeping about being disruptive, but he kept doing it. They also refused to change my room.
I'm a travel nurse coming from Florida, and I was in a bind. The manager was great about helping me get a room close to the facility where I'm working. My room was very clean when I arrived.
Don't count on being checked in when you arrive. I booked a non-cancelable room and showed up at 11 p.m., but nobody was there. About half an hour later, a random person came in and called a manager. Apparently the person on duty until midnight had left early. Night guy Brayden came in before his shift and was extremely helpful and professional, but there's no number to call if no one is there.
