The one positive about the room was that the shower was hot. The staff were nice enough, but overall this property was trash, one of my worst stays in recent years after more than eight years traveling around the upper Midwest. It took three tries to get keys scanned for the right room when I arrived on the fourth floor, and the next day my key stopped working again. The TV couldn’t connect to the internet, and the mini fridge was louder than a Culligan water cooler. The pool was out of order, and judging by the reviews, it’s been closed for over two years.

I liked staying here. The room was really good, clean, and nice, with big TVs. Walmart is close by, too.

I had a different room each day because I kept extending my stay. My mistake, both rooms had butt hair on the toilets when I checked in. The pool was out of service and the coffee machine was down. It’s a very dirty place, and the staff weren’t helpful. Yesterday there was an hour when nobody was available in the lobby, and people were frustrated trying to get help. Unreal. Only use this as a last resort.

The handicap room was clean, except for a chair. The pool looks like it’s permanently shut down, and breakfast had edible options. We paid $107 a night, half the $250 rate at the Holiday Inn, where we also stayed and found a fully working pool and hot tub. The staff here were friendly. Williston’s diversity has sure changed since the boom started in 2010 with the Gulf Oil spill.
