The room itself is great, but the cleaning service needs work. They sometimes take out the trash and bring fresh towels, but don't make the beds, sweep, or vacuum. Even after we asked the front desk, manager, and maids in person for a full cleaning every day, especially bed-making, the beds still weren't made. On an extended stay, they should at least be made fresh every other day. Now go do good.

Our Bully is obnoxiously friendly, and everyone on staff treated us and the dog like family from check-in on. Every person was cheerful, attentive, and went out of their way to help. The room was spotless and welcoming, so clean I half expected a sparkle effect when I walked in. 10/10, we'd absolutely come back to Best Western!

The room was very clean, no complaints there. The woman who checked us in was amazing, helpful, and friendly, and the girl at the desk this morning was just as polite and welcoming. Great guest service.

The bathroom flooded when I showered, and the curtain rod was set so far into the shower that it was too narrow for me to fit comfortably. Breakfast was the usual hotel kind and okay. Still, the stay was good enough, with only minor complaints. Not bad, and I'd stay again if I had to.

A friendly check-in and “welcome cookies.”
