The rooms are badly worn and dirty. I could see my footprints on the floor through what looked like a film from cleaning. There was a handprint on the wall and scuffs on most of the walls, the sink drain couldn't keep up with the water, and the shower floor felt slimy even though the shower looked clean. The handle also didn't work normally, and the bed was lumpy. The front desk was cluttered, with a tube of hamburger by the printer, a towel on the floor, and a large wet-looking spot nearby. The desk person had a grey pit bull behind the counter and said it was a service dog. It had a collar but nothing showing it was a working service dog. I've stayed here twice, once in the fall and again recently because Hampton was full. It seemed more neglected this time. This whole place needs cleaning, paint, and higher standards. My expectations are simple: clean, tidy, friendly. I won't return, and I'll drive farther even when I'm tired. The Wyndham hotels I've stayed at have been neglected, so they're last on my list. I recommend MY PLACE HOTELS. Always clean, tidy, and friendly, with great prices. I'm not a representative of my place hotels, just think people should know they're 👍

The beds aren't very comfortable, and the decor still looks like Motel 6. We stayed before Wyndham bought the hotel, and it was clean then. When I booked, I was quoted $142, but the price became $180 at arrival. The desk staff blamed the two dogs, although I'd mentioned them when making the reservation. Because of that, I don't think we'll stay there again when we visit.

The walls are so thin you can actually hear your neighbors breathing, which is my only complaint. The staff is super nice, and the rooms work perfectly for an overnight stay. Nice place for the price.

The price was pretty good, but parking was awful, breakfast was a joke, and the vending machine was way too expensive. The elevator didn't work, and the mattress shifted around whenever you sat down. The staff I dealt with were helpful and nice, but the new woman at the front desk came to my room and banged on the door to wake me because my card was locked and they couldn't process payment. There was no reason to be rude, and the rooms should have phones.

I got stuck here for a few days after the blizzard, with my flight cancelled twice. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the general manager made amazing beef stew last night. She also let me stay past checkout so I could catch my train to Fargo for tomorrow's flight. They treated me like family. I really recommend this place.
