The room was spotless, and the TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and climate control all worked well. I really like the wood floors because they're much cleaner than carpet, and the vinyl chairs are easy to wipe down. The staff were lovely, and parking right outside the room is great. Although it's just off the main road, a small hill keeps passersby from seeing your car or comings and goings. This motel is very well maintained while still keeping its original wood paneling, just the kind of mid century place I love. The grocery store and lots of restaurants are a short walk down the road.

Our room was very clean, and we'd happily recommend the motel. We were four women traveling on motorcycles and stayed in room 28. It had two queen beds in separate rooms, plus a fridge with freezer and a microwave. The man who greeted us, possibly the owner, was friendly and accommodating, and offered extra towels and cups.

It had the feel of an old fashioned hotel. The room was very clean, and the place was quiet and close to the event I attended. The guy was great about giving us directions to a local restaurant and laundry. There wasn't much service beyond that, good or bad, but I'd stay again.

We stayed here on the way to Fort Bragg. The room felt spacious, with clean sheets and bathroom, warm blankets, and friendly staff. Having an 11 am checkout was comfortable, too. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone staying nearby or visiting the area.
