Super 8 Willits

The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and ROKU TV. Even the carpet, which I'm sure the hotel will replace with a nonporous surface during a remodel, was in good shape. Staff made a point of seeing that my needs were met, and the place had a relaxed, welcoming feel. I enjoyed the pool and coffee in the lobby. From parking to checkout, the staff were fantastic and especially attentive. At check-in I got a welcome text with the Wi-Fi password, pool hours, and suggestions for food and activities nearby. It was a thoughtful, useful touch that made things easier. Their attention and hospitality made the stay feel special. I'd recommend the Creekside in Willits to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

We slept really well on the firm mattress, and I loved the two big photos of local scenery above the beds. Our room was spotless. It was on the ground floor beside a little courtyard and fountain, whose pleasant sound helped cover traffic from Main Street. We were greeted warmly at check-in and will book here again when we return.

The dogs even got surprise gift bags, with a toy and treat for each one. It was our first time bringing the pups to a hotel, and the room was clean with comfy beds. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were very friendly. We'll stay here again next time we're in Willits.

The room was comfortable and recently updated, though I caught faint whiffs that suggested smoking years ago. My nose is very sensitive, so most people probably wouldn't notice. The front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The nighttime signs could be clearer for people arriving after dark.
