They made booking a room for my relative easy, even though we don't speak the same language. The staff found someone who could translate and help them, which meant a lot to me. When I called the hotel several times, everyone was kind, patient, and glad to assist. Their care and professionalism made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciate their effort and recommend this hotel for its friendly, helpful staff.

We stayed for an extended visit, and for the price and location, this place was perfect. The superior king room was spacious enough for me, my husband, our little pup, and two kids, with room for a toddler bed beside the king. It was quiet and felt a bit secluded, which I liked. The bed was so comfortable, and I had the best sleep I've had in a while. Everything smelled nice and was immaculate, and check-in and checkout were easy. We didn't hear other guests, animals, or kids, and people mostly kept to themselves. We came here after leaving Motel 6 because it was absolutely disgusting, and this hotel was 100 times better. The staff could be a little more polite at the front desk. Housekeeping, though, was polite and very on top of things. I'd stay here again.

The room was excellent, and it's pet friendly, but the TV programs suck. If you have a vehicle, the location works; without one, call Uber. Soundproofing is badly needed because I could hear everything and everyone, as if there were no barriers. The windows had slats, and even with them shut I could still see in, so I hung a towel over them and pushed a chair against them. Management treated me like a child because I smoked four times. He reminded me not to smoke in the room. I'm an adult and understood the first time.

We had three rooms for weeks, and every day they were stocked and clean when we came back. The rooms were awesome and clean, the staff super friendly, and the price was great. Thank you.
