Azalea Inn & Suites

We left even though my husband had already paid. The room was awful: the tub water wouldn't stop running, and the TV barely worked. In the parking lot, two men were walking around passing a joint in broad daylight. I lived in a motel for a few years, and this was the worst place I've seen. Avoid it if you can.

We came across this place by accident and ended up wishing we'd spent our whole vacation here. The service was great, the room was a good size and smelled decent, and the area felt better than most of the places nearby. The bathroom was a little smaller than I'd have liked, but I plan to come back on my next visit.

Don't go there. The rooms are somewhat big, but they're unsanitary, with dead roaches and other bugs. They refused to give my money back. The guy goes into your room before you arrive, I think to spray it first. The AC is awful.

They don't clean the rooms, and they upcharge you. When you call them out, they either act as if they don't speak English or claim they did clean. I pointed out mold in the shower, but all they offered was supplies so we could clean it ourselves. I've also been given the runaround about when the manager will arrive. We've stayed here for a while, and some rooms are okay, but they don't clean them, they just change the linens and make the bed, if anything.
