The shower was nice, and staff texted shortly after we checked in to ask if we needed anything. I appreciated that. The building is only a few years old, and the room layout was odd but worked. The pillows were terrible, though, and the breakfast selection was very limited. Getting in and out was a bit quirky. The 5 a.m. trash truck was awesome.

Phillip really turned a booking mistake around for me. I had reserved the wrong date and needed a room that same day, even though the payment was non-refundable. After I got nowhere with corporate, Phillip took over, used my phone to call the right people, and got the reservation fixed. He stayed calm and professional throughout, even while helping another guest at the same time. His friendly manner made me feel valued, and I left impressed by the service. Hilton is lucky to have him. I’m a loyal customer and look forward to staying there again. Thanks, Phillip!

They let me check out late without a fuss when my flight was later in the day, which I really appreciated. The room was cozy and clean, the service was excellent, and I had a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back.
