The woman at the front desk was polite and professional, and kindly let us check in early when we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule. Things were fine until I spotted two roaches later that night. My partner was working at a rehabilitation center as a traveling nurse, so I gathered our things and slept in my car until his shift ended. Then I drove three hours back home.

We booked four days through Expedia, but the photos didn't reflect the actual conditions. After seeing a roach on a dresser, we cancelled the remaining three nights. Management kept my deposit even though the hotel was nearly empty, with only three other cars in the lot. I can't recommend it when there are similarly priced places nearby.

The main issue for me was that the bathroom wasn't clean. There was what we think was gum in the shower, though it scraped off easily with a little hot water. I know workers can't control rude guests who damage the place, but there was still more cleaning to be done.

They told me I could cancel whenever I wanted. When an emergency came up, I tried to cancel the day before, but they said I had to go through Expedia and dispute the charge with my credit card company. They said it could take until September. They told me I was supposed to be charged after check-in, but they charged me anyway. I better get my money back.
