Quality Inn & Suites

The breakfast was a big letdown, with only packaged items, a limited selection, and no hot food or waffles. I couldn’t find any mention of this on booking sites, so we arrived expecting something different. The room itself was roomy and nice, but there were black hairs in both the sink and tub, which made it seem like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. I’m not sure whether they’d recently failed a health inspection.

We got good value for the price. The rooms had been renovated, though the bathrooms hadn’t, and everything was clean and worked fine. The check-in guy was really friendly and even warned us a softball team was staying that night, so breakfast could take longer. The location is a bit odd, and the parking lot is small, so keep that in mind.

The side doors open without a key swipe, but guests are now required to swipe in, and they call it security damage if they don’t. That seems strange, and I wonder why nobody has sued them. They also charge a $50 deposit, which they deduct for reasons that don’t make sense. There’s no breakfast service, and booking sites haven’t been updated. They have no idea when it might return, so I’d expect no hot breakfast for a few months, just some takeaway food. Avoid this place, even if you have to sleep in your car. It’s a completely useless hotel.

The place was filthy, with lots of bugs, and our whole family got sick while staying there. The customer service was awful in a way that felt offensive. They treated customers terribly and seemed not to know how their own business worked. I wouldn’t go back or recommend it. They ought to be shut down and reported.
