I rented a room for a homeless woman and her child so they wouldn't be out in the freezing cold. The staff treated her very rudely, like she was beneath them. The day manager shouldn't be working with the public. I asked for the staff manager, but was told they couldn't give that information out. What kind of business has management that won't step in when there's a problem? I run an office myself and would never refuse to help or treat someone this way. I don't recommend staying here. The TV in the room didn't work either. Service sucked!

The only real plus was being right by restaurants and stores. I wouldn't stay again. The room looked very dirty and poorly maintained. The microwave barely worked and made a noise like it might explode. The drink machine only took bills, wouldn't take change, and kept the money. Black specks were all through the ice from the machine. Even with the AC set to 64, the room stayed hot.

The water was fairly soft, which we liked, and the friendly staff and decent facility suited us well. Breakfast was basic, but the place was well maintained.

They charged me for a service dog. I believe that's illegal, and I'll be contacting the ADA and an attorney. A service dog is medical equipment, and establishments aren't allowed to charge for a service animal, even if it's a horse. I'm tired of businesses failing to follow the law. They'll get a rude awakening when a suit is filed over what I believe is an ADA violation.

The rooms are spacious and the breakfast has a great variety. Everyone on staff was very friendly, especially the girl at the front desk. She was there to help with any problem and made me feel at home.
