Windsor Court

I’ve been here just over a month and really enjoy staying here. It’s quiet and clean, the staff are friendly, and having a kitchen is nice. I also like the closed-off closet and being able to park right outside my door. On my side, nobody is above me, so there’s no need to worry about noise from upstairs. There’s a laundromat close by for larger items, and the rates are reasonable.

Jeff makes this place feel like home. He’s easygoing and easy to talk to, and he can handle things as a manager when something needs doing. I’ve met some great neighbors here too. It’s a quiet, welcoming community, more than I expected, with studios and rooms that have full-size kitchens, including a stove, oven, and refrigerator. Five stars for Jeff and Windsor Court!

It feels like home as soon as you walk into the room, and everything is kept neat. I’ve stayed in the extended room twice and would do it again if I needed to. The owner is on site and available around the clock, and any concerns get addressed promptly. I’ve never had an issue with my room or the other guests. I recommend Windsor court hotel to everyone I know.

The worst part was paying upfront for four nights, then being refused a refund when we stayed only one. My husband picked this motel/apartment for the good price and welcoming-looking pictures, even though we knew it was a motel. At the door, a typed sign told us to call a number for service, and we waited 20 minutes for someone to let us into our room. It looked nothing like the pictures. There was a TV but no couch or chairs, no dishes or utensils in the kitchen, and just one towel in the bathroom. There wasn’t a trash can anywhere. The bed felt like sleeping on a spring, and we both woke up stiff and sore. This place is a joke and lies to get guests. No, no, no!
