The rooms were nice, and when we got dirty towels, they took care of it quickly. Parking was the real issue. They charge $8 a night for an open, unprotected self-parking lot without even asking for the vehicle or license plate. It felt like an extra charge aimed at honest people who won't lie to them about parking. That practice alone will make me rethink staying at any Marriott, not just this one.

The conference space was impressive and very well done. Rooms were clean, service was friendly, and there's a nice bar area. A solid, dependable stay with no surprises. Marriott does what it does best.

The room was pretty dirty. The pool was small, and the hot tub was out of order. Someone in our group used a wheelchair, but the ADA pool hoist didn't have its battery pack installed.

The staff, including the food and beverage team, were excellent and helpful. We also used the bright, modern, classy meeting area for a training session. The hotel has been around a while, but it feels updated and somewhat luxurious. Our room was comfortable and up to date. It's right off I-64 in East Louisville, with lots of food, shopping, and services nearby.

Justin, Thanks for your email. I was absolutely not satisfied with my stay at Marriott Louisville East. I have several issues to report. I got to my room around 10:30 pm, exhausted. The refrigerator wasn't cold, and I couldn't turn it on. I needed to use it, but it was too late to wait for a replacement. I checked and it was plugged in. The desk chair was old, tiny, and very uncomfortable. A normal adult couldn't use it. When I tried to unfold the ironing board, it came apart. I got it into something like working order, but it was far from easy to use, and the cover had burn holes. The ironing board belongs in the trash, along with the chair and refrigerator. I usually stay at the W on Market Street in NoLo, but this time I wanted to be closer to St Matthew's. What does your quality control do? These problems make it obvious that you and Marriott are okay with these deficiencies. Regards,
