My son woke up covered in bedbug bites, from head to toe. We still hadn’t gotten the mattress changed, even after the supervisor agreed that the stained, bent pullout couch mattress was bad and brought extra blankets instead. We’d asked for a replacement or another room on the first night of our tournament stay, then asked again the second night. Both times, they refused to help. They also denied our request for a refund and wouldn’t answer when corporate called. Then they denied the room was infested. Corporate told me there had been several complaints about the same problems, including one just 11 hours before mine. How many other rooms could be infested while they keep denying it?

Christmas night had limited services, but the staff were fantastic, friendly, and willing to accommodate us. We had the lovely place mostly to ourselves, with gas fireplaces, seasonal decorations, and a really pleasant feel to it. I got a decent cardio workout in the fitness room, then went back to our clean room with two queen beds and enjoyed a glass of wine. We’d brought food from Christmas with relatives and warmed it in the room microwave for snacks. What a great place and a great time.

The AC worked well, and the front desk and breakfast staff were amazing. The room, though, barely looked cleaned. There were spiders and ants everywhere, hair all over, and it smelled like feet. I wouldn’t stay again.

The toilet and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the room smelled. The decor was outdated too. With other hotels nearby, I’d never stay here again.

The hotel was nice and the staff were really nice too. My only gripe was the coffee: they leave just one in the room, so if you’re there with your spouse, you have to decide who gets it. The bar and restaurant menu was the same as at all Courtyards.
