I was charged an extra guest fee for one of my children, even though I repeatedly called to add them after each confirmation email showed the reservation incorrectly. We still got charged despite sorting it out ahead of time. We were also very uncomfortable with the strong marijuana smell in the room and in the hallway. It was noticeable as soon as we arrived and never went away. With young children, that felt completely unacceptable. The hotel should keep rooms and common areas clean, fresh, and appropriate for kids. Between the smell and the reservation errors, this stay didn’t meet reasonable expectations for a family-friendly hotel. Management should improve housekeeping and the reservation system so other families don’t run into this. I strongly encourage them to do so.

The balcony and bedroom window had amazing views, and the suite was huge, spacious, and quiet. I had a private chef make my birthday dinner in the full kitchen, which made the stay extra special. I spent two nights here for a birthday staycation at Hyatt House and had the best experience. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole hotel felt peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices and seating. Everything I needed was right there. I’ll definitely be back.

Jasmine, Troy, and Colby went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I felt at home. They exceeded my expectations, and the atmosphere was just right. I highly recommend staying here. I spent two weeks at the Hyatt House on a work trip, and the rooms worked very well for an extended stay. My experience was excellent.

The afternoon and evening front desk lady was especially kind and welcoming, and that service was the real standout. The rooms were modern and spacious, so the stay was okay overall. There’s room to improve: the linens could be cleaned more thoroughly, and the coffee stations need refilling sooner. The walls are pretty thin, so sounds from neighboring rooms carry.

I’m on my eighth day here for job training, and the staff have treated me so well. Jasmine at the front desk has remembered me every time I come and go since check-in, and she’s amazing at her job. Thank you as well to manager Rosemary, who accommodated me when the kitchen didn’t have a certain order. She had someone run to a nearby place to get it for me. Thanks to all of you for making my stay such a great experience.
