Warrior INN

It isn't a new motel, but it was clean and quiet, and everything worked. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. My son and I stayed there while heading home from Flathead Lake in Montana, and I'd stay again.

We're here for work, and the hotel has been well kept and affordable. I love the rooms and the employees, and the manager is both professional and personable. They met all our needs and expectations. The pool heater was out, but that's a small problem that should get fixed in time. Highly recommend, and we'll come again! :)

We rented three rooms for three nights, and the motel was a real disappointment. At check-in, nobody was at the counter, which was covered in billing statements and signed checks. They gave us a key to a room that was already occupied. One room had a huge “mouse” hole at the bottom of the exterior wall, and the carpet felt gummy underfoot. When the lights went out in our daughter's room, nobody could help. My husband found the breaker box and flipped the breaker himself, then showed the staff how to do it. The refrigerator in our room was plugged in but hot, and two of our room keys stopped working during the visit. The internet called the place “recently remodeled,” which I challenge. Maybe they mean the former exterior doors now covered in plywood. It was dumpy, and we're not coming back.

Isabel at the front desk was suuuuper friendly and flexible about our unusual schedule over two nights. She was quick to respond and genuinely kind every time we spoke or asked for something. When a card payment was declined because of an initial payment error, she stayed patient and respectful while helping us sort it out. She also helped us find a laundromat, grocery, and library around Winner. Isabel and the warrior/knights inn totally rocks!
