The quiet, peaceful surroundings were stunning, and the buildings were lovely. We were welcomed with the cedar, and our room felt cozy. We liked the bathroom tiles, too. Breakfast at the Thunderbird Café was really tasty. The burgers and onion rings got us through the day, and we'd like to come back.

My company booked this place for a business trip, and it's been amazing. The rooms are generously sized, and there's plenty of peace and quiet when you want it. The Diner serves delicious food. I just haven't had time to enjoy everything, including a tour on the trails and more.

The cafeteria onsite had different options and really good food that wasn't pricey, which was handy since good places to eat in Chinle are hard to find. After hiking the White House trail in the canyon, this was a perfect place to rest. Our stay at thunderboard lodge was comfortable and felt safe. The room was huge, and the facilities had exactly what we needed. We'll stay there again.

The Thunderbird Lodge tour was awe inspiring, and all the staff were helpful and laid back in a good way. The location was amazing, and the cafeteria-style restaurant was convenient and kind of fun. Our room wasn't fancy, but it was clean and the wifi worked fine. Canyon de Chelly is amazing to visit, and this is definitely the best place to stay. I hope to stay at another Thunderbird Lodge someday.

This little gem is inside the gates of Canyon de Chelly park, and it's easy to walk from your room to the canyon tours or even the rims. The restaurant onsite is delicious, and the gift shop has a wide selection. The rooms are simple, very clean, and feel safe, with a microwave and fridge. I wanted to support the Navajo while I was here, and Thunderbird is owned by the Navajo Nation, so the money goes directly to the tribe.
