Embassy Suites Hotel Winston-Salem

I was in Winston-Salem for a conference in March 2026, and the spacious, clean, comfortable room was just what I needed after long days of meetings. The staff were helpful, patient, and responsive throughout my stay. Kaje deserves a special thank you for being so accommodating and going out of the way to keep everything running smoothly. Bri and Keir at the bar and restaurant were working hard during a busy time, yet stayed upbeat, handled several orders easily, anticipated what guests needed, and gave excellent service. I travel for business several times a month, and this kind of service stands out. I’ll go out of my way to stay here when I’m back in North Carolina. Highly recommend Embassy Suites by Hilton Winston-Salem.

Penny at the front desk was professional, informative, and had a great demeanor. Our two-bedroom suite had plenty of space for me and my two children. We were on the 7th floor with a view, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel’s main areas were in good shape, though the rooms could use a few touch-ups. Street traffic and people talking kept us up pretty late on Friday night. I brought earplugs, which helped me finally get some sleep. Thanks for hosting us.

It’s a dated hotel, but the service really made the stay for me. Housekeeping came daily and refreshed the room snacks, and staff kept clearing plates and tidying the common area. Free breakfast includes an omelette bar. This is a wonderful hotel, and I’d highly recommend it.

There’s plenty to do nearby, and our suite on the 9th floor was really nice and clean. The location is excellent. We couldn’t use the pool because it was being maintained on a Saturday, which seemed unusual.
