SpringHill Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall

Phillip was the best hotel representative I’ve ever met. We arrived a little after check-in time, and his vibe was just right. He gave the kids hot chocolate and made sure the water was hot for them too. He deserves a raise, he’s so cool. The place was really nice for the price, not too expensive for a night with my family. There were three adults, two kids, and a dog, just passing through on our way to Tennessee. The pool was warm, and the kids had fun swimming.

We stayed at Springhill Suites with my granddaughter, who has autism, and the staff were understanding and accommodating about our special requests. Everyone was helpful. They kept breakfast fresh and well stocked, didn’t rush to close the kitchen, and even cut up an apple for us. They also offered extra pool towels without us needing to ask. We were very pleased. Thank you, Springhill Suites!

I was there during a family emergency, and Phillip's kindness meant a lot. He helped with my reservation at check-in and managed to add another room at the last minute. He was there every day, and his professionalism, knowledge, and hospitality were beyond what I expected. I hope the management team recognizes how much value he adds. The location was perfect for shopping, restaurants, Forsyth Hospital, and quick highway access. The rooms were comfortable and newly renovated.

The second shift customer service was a 10 out of 10. I met Vanessa, the front desk supervisor, and the gentleman working the desk was amazing too. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I’ve seen very few hotels provide service this good. If I get the chance, I’ll definitely stay with them again.
