Getting to the slopes is easy, and the storage lockers are handy. The sidewalks outside the building were icy and could use some salt. Inside, the units feel dated and worn, though at least ours was clean. The shower is tiny, and the noise from nearby guests was outrageous. With walls this thin, we kept hearing the hall and neighbors walking heavily and slamming things. You don't get to choose when your neighbor wakes up, but their noise becomes yours. If noise bothers you or you want an updated place, I'd hesitate.

The place looks great, and the new management has been amazing. Those hot tubs cost $5.5 million and are finally finished. Yes, $5.5 million. Come enjoy them while the owners keep paying for it.

Our room, 3519 in Fraser Crossing, had a queen bedroom plus a Murphy bed in the living room, so everyone slept well. The room was in very good shape, with the amenities we needed. The location worked perfectly, just a two minute walk from the Gondola to the Fraser entrance. Staff were very responsive by text, usually replying within minutes when we messaged the front desk number. We set up parking in advance using their instructions. It was easy, though a bit tight.

The place itself is great, but the hot tub situation has me fed up. The last few times we booked, it wasn't working, so we waited until they announced it was back in service. After a year, people were saying it was working again, so we booked. It was running when we checked in, but when we went down to use it, it was shut again, with no idea for how long. Is anyone from the HOA actively managing this? You should see the guys they hired to work on and build it. They hired “chuck and a truck” for the new hot tub.

For me, this is the best option in WP. It's across the street from the base and all the facilities. Book ahead and the price gets very reasonable.
