There was hair all over our pillowcases when we arrived, and we didn’t get enough towels for the shower and pool. The woman who answered when we called the front desk couldn’t give us any useful information. Someone else took our assigned parking spot and never moved their car during all four days. The jacuzzi was half full on the first day, then empty and full of muck the next. For what we paid, this was a very disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend.
The place was very clean and accommodating, and there was a sauna, though we didn’t use it. It could use some updating. We had peace and quiet until tenants moved in upstairs. The pool view was decent and useful for keeping an eye on the kids, but there wasn’t a mountain view.
The resort area’s best gym, in my view. It was kept clean and had long hours, plus a quiet indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, racquetball, and basketball.
A good location, though the rooms vary and some are nicer than others. The building is quite old and the parking garage is small.
The location was convenient. I booked through Airbnb, so I couldn’t use the hot tub.
