We had two queen beds and a twin, which worked perfectly for me, my husband, and our kids, ages 9, 4, and 4. The lobby and room were the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. I’m the kind of mom who brings cleaning supplies and wipes everything down before the family settles in, so that was a huge relief. It was quiet and lovely, with no rowdy guests or housekeeping bothering us. The resort is tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and nature, yet close to the Dells’ main attractions. There are board games at the front office to borrow, fire pits with s’more kits, and a family movie every night. We booked tickets for the deer park, duck boats, and steam train ride along with our stay, and buying through their website saved us a ton for two adults and three kids. We’d live here if we could, and can’t wait to return. Thanks for a great stay, we really appreciated it! Sorry if the photos are blurry, they’re screenshots from a video, but I didn’t want to post any faces.

A really peaceful resort, and the rooms are decorated nicely. The staff were very helpful. My only wish is that the outdoor pool had been heated. It was 75F outside, but the water was super cold.

The setting was peaceful and surrounded by nature, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Our room was clean and comfortable. Since it was early spring, the outdoor pool wasn’t open yet, but the kids had a blast in the indoor kids’ pool and at the on-site park while we enjoyed the surroundings. We’re definitely coming back.

This was our fourth family stay, and we’ll keep coming back whenever we visit the Dells. It’s an older place, but very clean, and I actually like the older feel. The WiFi can be spotty, which helps us focus on family time. The setting is the best, right by downtown but somehow it feels like you’re in the mountains. There’s a movie in the lobby every night, three fire pits going, checker tables, and lots of fun snacks for kids to buy. This weekend one of the employees was making s’mores for everyone by the fire, and we tried the “smorestilla.” I highly recommend it for families!

We came during the off season and stayed in a cabin at the top of the hill. It was quiet and peaceful, with lovely grounds. The cabin was clean and had a full fridge, stovetop, and dishes. They left just two rolls of toilet paper for our three nights. It’s off the strip but still close enough to go, and it looks like it would be fun for little kids too.
