I needed somewhere for a 10-day stay after a last-minute change of plans, and they fit me in on very short notice, even in the evening. That was a huge help. The staff made the stay easy: housekeeping was friendly and came every other day, the front desk was staffed around the clock, and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. I could also control my room temperature during very cold weather. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to get around, with a thoughtful layout and a well-equipped suite. There was Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and a large closet that worked well for my extended stay. The bathroom and shower were designed nicely, making mornings and evenings pleasant. Breakfast was consistently good each day. Other handy features included on-site coin-operated laundry, computers for going online, and an ATM. For the washers and dryers, you need coins, which you can get from the ATM or ask the front desk about. This place really supported what I needed to do during my visit and made the time more enjoyable. A gem, and I'd highly recommend it.

The location was fine, the service was nice, and the rooms were great. But the pool wasn't being maintained properly. Both my sons and I got burned in the pool and developed red, burning rashes. Don't get in.

We arrived at 11:15 pm after a Michigan football game and were welcomed by friendly desk staff, who gave us a nice welcome gift. The hotel was newer, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was a nice hot one. It was a little noisy from the nearby expressway, though the sound wasn't too much of a problem. We came with an EV, and the hotel had one complimentary charging station, but it was already occupied when we got in late. There were two paid chargers at the Hampton hotel across the street, and we found one to use overnight, so we were still able to charge. The location was convenient. If we're back in the area, we'd stay here again.

My stay is still underway, but it's been fantastic so far. Everyone I've met on staff has been kind and nice. One night the shower stopped draining properly after it had been fine before. I mentioned it in the morning and went out for the day, but when I returned, a miscommunication meant it still hadn't been fixed. Once I told the staff, they went above and beyond to take care of it. Big thanks to Athena, Sherita (not sure of spelling), and Peter. The boss should give you all gold stars.

I want to recognize Ellie, Kyle, Sharita, and Debra for going out of their way to make the stay great for my family and the other guests here. I really appreciate them. Also, a Tim Horton's is just a five-minute drive away, which is key.
