Courtyard Boston Woburn/Boston North

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this one felt clean from the moment I walked in. The room smelled like fresh laundry, the bathroom was spotless, and the floors had no mystery stains. The bed was the best part, warm and snug, like fresh underwear right out of the dryer. I didn’t just sleep, I floated off into dreamland. The lobby was inviting, the staff were friendly, and everything felt easy. Housekeeping deserves a trophy and a raise for whatever they’re doing. 10/10, I’d climb back into that bed.

The small pool was well kept, with floaties, tables, and chairs, and there’s a breakfast you can buy in the morning plus a small bistro for food and drinks at night. The hotel itself is clean but dated, and close enough to downtown to make the location convenient. For what you get, though, it feels overpriced. We also weren’t told about the extra $10 parking fee before or during the reservation process. I’d rate it 2-3 stars at best.

The room was a bit dated, but clean, and the beds were comfortable. The front desk was considerate and quickly moved us to a room away from the freeway when I realized I’d forgotten to request that before the keys were made. The lobby was very clean and smelled nice, and it was quiet at night since the hotel is in a business area. I thought the price was reasonable for the Boston area. This was an impromptu Boston trip and my first stay at a Courtyard. I’m a Bonvoy Member and usually choose a Westin or Marriott Flagship. The location worked perfectly, 15 min from family in South Boston and handy for driving north to Salem or Rockport, with easy freeway access. I was surprised by some reviews I saw after our visit. I’d stay again.

It’s easy to get around the Boston area from here, and the rooms were clean with nice staff. There was no regular coffee in the room when we arrived, and housekeeping didn’t leave any while cleaning. But I went to the front desk and they gave me some without a problem.
