Amanda is remarkable, sweet, knows her job, and has been so helpful. If it were up to me, she'd be general manager and bring the hotel back to where it was when Danielle was there. It used to be full of people, including guests staying for a long time, but now it feels like it's going downhill. The cleaning is awful. Sheets aren't properly clean, showers are dirty, and the floors are nasty. Housekeeping and front desk staff keep turning over. Irish has a bad attitude, and I don't understand why she's general manager. Rebecca, Cynthia, and Monica are great housekeepers, but they're worn out, and I can see it. The workers bend over backwards trying to keep the place clean, but management needs to do better before the hotel runs down further and loses more guests. I wouldn't recommend staying here with that general manager's attitude.

The biggest letdown was breakfast: just a couple granola bars, two apples, oatmeal packets, and coffee without lids. It was the saddest spread I've seen since COVID. At this price, I wouldn't come back. The room had a bare, commercial feel, with odd black wire beds and a tiny, barely useful nightstand between the two full beds. We could hear people stomping and walking upstairs, which is hard to accept in a three-year-old hotel. I don't understand why they didn't use concrete floor decks. The stay was just okay.

We're here because my son is having a stem cell transplant. He had a doctor's appointment yesterday, and we need to be at the hospital at 8 a.m. He'll be admitted and may be there for five weeks. The American Cancer Society paid for one night in this extended-stay place. The grounds are well kept, and the experience has been nice so far.

Our business staff had a great stay, with comfortable rooms and fantastic service. Ryan made it especially good, thanks to him. Highly recommend!

There's a full-size fridge, microwave, and two-burner electric stove, but the kitchen supplies are scarce: one spoon, one fork, plastic glasses, and just one plate, bowl, and cup. No dishwasher or dish sponge, either. Once breakfast is over, there's no coffee or sugar available. The rooms are bigger, but they're not suites and don't have sofas, so this doesn't really work as a long-stay place. For what they charge, it doesn't compare with Residence Inn or Homewood Suites.
