Loop Inn Motel

We were in room 208 last night, 2/7, and it was really, really clean, with no smoke smell. The hot tub was clean and the water was perfectly hot. The heart-shaped bed was so hard, though, that my husband had to sleep on the couch. Bring your own towels and washcloths, theirs are horrible. It was a great stay overall, and I'll book again soon. I want to try all the rooms.

Getting to the room was stressful after the wedding. We drove 1.5 hours from NYC, and the man working at night treated me like a scammer or delinquent. I was afraid we'd come all that way for nothing. Earlier that day, 12/14/25, my wedding day, I called at exactly 7:50am to change the payment method before the other card was processed. The woman who answered was extremely rude. I was about to give her the other card number, but she hung up while I was getting it. When I called back, she yelled that I'd already used another card and now wanted to change again, and said I needed to bring ID to check in. I told her, “mam of course, today is my wedding and your attacking me i dont appreciate the attitude the card is under my name”. She didn't apologize and just kept going. Once in the room, the TV didn't work and the room jacuzzi tub hadn't been cleaned. My husband and I enjoyed what we could, then left as soon as we woke up. It was not a good experience, and I'll report it and fight to get my money back, one way or another.

I read plenty of reviews, good and bad, for this place and others before booking. Everyone has their own experience, though some people probably shouldn't be writing reviews, just saying. I just left Loop Inn Motel, and we had a wonderful time with my significant other. It was quiet, peaceful, and very enjoyable. I'll definitely book again and hope for the same experience. Thank you, Loop Inn, very cool place!

The private pool at the Rock Heaven Suite was awesome, though one of its lights wasn't synced up, which bothered my OCD a little. The room was spotless, much cleaner than I expected, and the weekend with my husband was relaxing and romantic. You are allowed to smoke there, so you notice the cigarette smell as soon as you walk in. I wish the woman at check-in had told me that you can buy firewood and bubble bath for the jacuzzi. I complained about not having those, then noticed the price sign in the office when we were leaving. Learn from me and buy the logs and bubbles before heading to your room. We'll definitely come back!
