I only stayed because it was 18° outside and the state sent me there. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re desperate, and the pictures are misleading. There were roaches in the room, including one waiting for me when I walked in, and there were more after that. Roach baits sat in the corners. The AC vent and other vents looked uncleaned, and when I turned on the TV, an XXX movie was playing. I was glad I didn’t have young children with me. The door was open when I got there and had to be practically slammed to shut. Towels were spread across the floors by the outside doors to catch snow, and the parking lot had been plowed so badly it was a fall hazard. The beds were firm, and I could hear the springs. The pillows were yellow inside their cases. I put my jacket and purse in a wet garbage bag, and bagged my shoes too. I took only what I needed.

It was a nightmare. The rooms are disgusting, smell horrible, and have roaches everywhere. They charge $95-90 for a room that isn’t clean. Definitely not worth the price, and don’t waste your time here.

The main problem was the lack of hot water in the shower, which I’d expect at the high price they charge. The air conditioning also didn’t work properly, leaving the room uncomfortable, and the TV was broken. The room wasn’t clean, and I noticed a bad odor as soon as I walked in. This motel didn’t meet expectations and isn’t worth the cost. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I won’t stay here again.

I got my refund after arguing back and forth for half an hour. They first tried not to return the full amount. The lady was rude, and finally said she’d refund me because I was going to call the police. She also said I was never allowed to book there again, as if I’d ever go back to that roach land, disease-infested-looking place. How are they still open? Don’t they do inspections? Horrible, drive past this place. I should have turned around after seeing the stairs and hallway, which looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in years and smelled awful. In the room, roaches scattered everywhere. The walls had dried blood, and the beat-up furniture had wet-looking stains and seemed like it hadn’t been wiped down or sanitized in forever. I felt sick. They offered the next room down the hall, but if one room was infested with roaches, I figured the whole building was. Disgusting doesn’t even cover it. Run, don’t even park in the lot.
