I negotiated a great weekend rate for one night and two rooms for my visiting family, and the managers were very accommodating and reassuring. They checked all the boxes for a good customer experience. The rooms were immaculate and had everything needed: a fridge, microwave, loveseat, table, TV, one bathroom, and a queen bed. The complimentary breakfast had plenty to choose from, including yogurt, bran muffins, three cereals, grits, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, potatoes, juices, coffee, low-fat milk, waffles, and more. The hostess was the best. The lobby was accommodating and had a small business area. It’s conveniently off a major interstate, near favorite eateries and other customer services, and a short drive from downtown businesses, florists, a hardware shop, fine children’s clothing, fine dining, and the courthouse. There’s also a hospital not far away by car. The accommodation has an outdoor area offered in summertime. My senior family members really enjoyed themselves, and none of us had complaints. It was a great experience.

The place is quiet and a good deal, which worked well for my family. Everyone made sure we were comfortable, from the front desk and housekeeping to maintenance and the breakfast staff. I really appreciate how kind and helpful they all were. 🥰😊

South Oxford is a beautiful town, but I wouldn't stay here again. The power went out in the morning, and the hallway had mold and holes. Our room felt old and run down. Breakfast was a mess: burned biscuits, watery juice, and a coffee machine filled with water instead of coffee. The pool wasn't available either. Find another hotel in the area.

We found the hotel clean, safe, and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. It's also close to the interstate. The hot breakfast had more choices than many places, and the hostess was both caring and efficient. We'd come back.

The room had a damp, musty smell, and I wasn't sure the water problem in the hallway had really been fixed. A woman across the hall said that just before I arrived, water had poured through the ceiling and flooded the hallway. After arriving late, I was woken before 8 the first morning by a housekeeper repeatedly banging her cart against my door, even after I asked her to come back later. She didn't return that day. The next morning she knocked even earlier, but at least came back after I left. The location was great.
