Courtyard Potomac Mills Woodbridge

My room was immaculate, and the Bistro had great food and atmosphere. The staff were helpful and understanding throughout. The front desk and management are among the most courteous I’ve come across, and the G.M. was the warmest and most approachable I’ve met.

Mrs. Grace is the sweetest hotel staff member I’ve ever met, like an old southern grandma who’s always baking apple pie. The fitness center was top notch, better than at any other Marriot I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel. My one dislike was the TVs, which are antiquated and a pain to connect my laptop to.

Check-in went well, my room looked great, and I enjoyed the stay. My two stars for service are because the bistro attendant was pretty rude. It was 7 am on Sat Mar 21, with not many people around. I saw how pleasant she was before I got to the counter, and she treated the two gentlemen after me the same way she treated me. I don’t know what her issue was, but money is green no matter your ethnicity, religion, or sexual affiliation.

It was clean and decent, and the staff were polite. Nothing especially stood out, though. It did the job for a short visit, but a few small improvements would help. Just an average place to stay.
