On our second stay here, the front desk and the rest of the team were a huge help. Rochelle was especially professional and polite, and she made sure our needs were accommodated. The breakfast staff, tech team, and cleaners were all phenomenal too. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice, and there are plenty of restaurants, fast food spots, and a mall nearby. The meeting rooms worked well and kept sound out when the doors were locked properly. I'd come back and recommend the hotel.

For a weekend to rest and recharge, this worked well for our family of five. The two queen beds and sofa bed gave us enough room, and breakfast was good. The bathroom layout was a little odd, with the toilet and bath in separate areas, though that might be useful. The front desk team were friendly and helpful. The location is a bit off the beaten path, and the rooms were okay.

My first room's heater wasn't working, but they moved me to another room right away. The room was comfortable, the common areas seemed clean, and the front desk agent at check-in was very professional. They also recognized my Platinum status. Parking costs $10, but it's easy, and breakfast was typical SpringHill.

The mattresses and pillows felt old and flat, which doesn't fit a brand that's supposed to provide a good night's rest. Staff also refused reasonable requests for items in the room, saying guests had enough. That's not helpful service. Other basics were frustrating too. Housekeeping was minimal, with service only on the third day and only if requested. Breakfast, a key part of the stay, ran out of basics like milk for children and oatmeal. The key cards all stopped working, and the mobile key failed too, which points to a serious system or training problem. The Wi-Fi was open with no login, which raised a security concern for me. Taken together, the service and maintenance fell short on cleanliness, bedding, and basic amenities. This felt like a poorly managed property that wasn't meeting essential brand standards.
