The customer service was easily the best I’ve ever had, and the staff made my family and me feel truly welcome. I stayed here for a few weeks and loved it. Rita was so friendly, quick to help, and accommodating. You could tell she really cared about her clientele. Carmen, who cleaned our room, was consistently friendly and helpful, and always went above and beyond.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I spent a couple of nights here and had a good stay. The location was prime, as close as you’d want to be to the Sacramento international airport. I’d definitely stay here again if life and my travel plans bring me back to the area.
It cost over $90 for a room the size of a postage stamp, with fixtures that looked 30 years old and towels that were paper thin, or thinner. I would’ve asked for a refund and left, but I had a severe headache and couldn’t drive any farther. Worst place I’ve ever stayed!
It was affordable, with large rooms and available extended stays, and there were convenient snack machines. Woodland, Ca. is 20 min. west of Sacramento. Still, the place was filthy, someone was living in a car right outside, and homeless people were loitering. Three out of five.
The room was dirty and smelled funny. It was the cheapest place in town, though, and they let you do your own thing!
