I stayed a second night without hesitation. For $75, this was the best night’s sleep I could buy in California, with a pair of earplugs. The staff were unusually accommodating, the room was clean, and there were no pests trying to get a free ride on my $75. The parking lot and lack of excessive guest noise made it seem like other regular folks were there to sleep without overspending. The criticisms are fair: the building is dated, it sits beside busy traffic areas, and the walls are paper thin. The furniture also seemed unsure whether it was mid-century modern or “The Jetsons,” with an isosceles trapezoid thrown in for good measure. I woke up early enough to ponder life’s big questions, like whether the Woodland Days Inn is in on its own joke, like Ghostbusters and Men in Black. The real cruel trick was finding all four coffee pods were decaf. Who does that?

For under $100, this was a perfect place to stop and sleep on our road trip from BC to Indio. We checked in late, and the average, standard room was clean and comfortable. The location felt safe and was good value. Just keep expectations realistic: it’s an older building beside the freeway and near the airport, so it won’t be silent. We’ll use it as a sleeping stop again.

The airport was only about 10 minutes away, which made this a handy place to spend the night. We stayed just one night and were pleasantly surprised by how well kept the Inn was. The night clerk working on 3/1/26 was friendly and seemed to enjoy his job.

Easy ramp access makes getting on and off the road simple, and the price was very, very reasonable. The staff and service were outstanding too. My kudos to Kadir!!!!!! The rooms are fresh, clean, and really comfortable. The towels and bathing supplies especially felt “Spalike.” It would be a wonderful place for either an overnight visit or a longer stay. Try it, you’ll like it.

The employees and owners are awesome people, and there’s a shopping center and fast food right next door. I was offered an amazing price for three nights, the deposit was only $50, late checkout was a great deal, and the pet fee is just $25. It’s not a bad motel at all. I’ll be back!
