Comfort Inn & Suites Waco Woodway

We had no complaints at all. The service was great, breakfast was great, and the dryer got our laundry dry in one cycle, which was a nice surprise. It was a perfect stay, and we'd absolutely come back if we're in town.

The heated pool and full breakfast were both great. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and took very good care of my wife, me, and our two young grandchildren. The kids said it was their best trip ever!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets. There was also lots of ice from the machine in the hall, and the hot breakfast included sausage, scrambled eggs, and waffles. I would've given five stars, except the toilet seat shifted because it was loose, the hot tub was out of order, and the cold faucet at the bathroom sink leaked where it joined the fixture.

Breakfast was great, and the room itself was clean with attentive staff. There'd apparently been a plumbing disaster recently, though, with carpet, walls, and ceilings cut open and plastic in place until crews could come. The room had a faint musty smell, but I figure it'll be good as new in a few weeks. One towel was partly threadbare and had somebody's _______ hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel. The remote was taped together after apparently being thrown around too many times, and the tape had failed, so you had to hold it together to change channels. Even with those issues, it was a great experience.
