Woonsocket Motor Inn

I booked through booking.com after being told it would be a double room with double beds for a certain price. When I arrived, it was only one room with double beds, and it was disgusting and not clean. I rented it so I could see my visiting children, but the manager was rude, made us feel unwelcome, and said she could kick us out. My company left. There weren't enough towels, no shower curtain, no hangers, and I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner, which they said weren't included. The sheets had cigarette holes, tape held the shower handle, and duct tape covered the rug between the room and the bathroom. Before 11am checkout, the maintenance person or housekeeper was banging on the door. We said we needed five minutes to get our bags, but he yelled at us. I asked why he was yelling, closed the door, and kept packing. As we left at 11:03, the housekeeper verbally attacked my 16-year-old daughter. We left the room clean. There were two pizza boxes, and when I asked if I could give them to him while he was trying to enter the room, he told me to walk across the whole parking lot to the dumpster. The service was unprofessional, disgusting, and disrespectful. The manager I spoke to didn't seem to care. When I checked the receipt I'd asked for on the way out, it listed a gentleman named Nick as the person who checked us in and out, but a Spanish woman had done both and claimed to be the manager.
