Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Wray

Randy made a booking mistake into a good experience. When we arrived, he noticed I'd accidentally reserved a room in Yuma instead of Wray. He called the Cobblestone in Yuma right away, explained what happened, and they canceled without a fee. Then, without me asking, he contacted Expedia to help make sure we wouldn't be charged there either. That was some of the best customer service I've had. We're a family of seven with five kids, so travel can get stressful. Randy got us into two rooms, brought extra coffee pods, and treated us with real kindness. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We're very grateful.

Randy made check-in easy and made sure my room had what I needed. His cheerful, welcoming manner made a real difference. I had a wonderful stay and will be back.

There aren't many places to stay in this small town, and the price here can be reasonable at times. When it's busy, though, it can shoot way up and feel like they're gouging people. I was quoted a different price, then $184.72 came out of my account for one night in a standard room at this two-star hotel. A total rip-off.

We were driving from North Dakota back to Texas and were thrilled this was the only hotel along our route with a room available. It was very clean, the water pressure was amazing, and the wall-mounted bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap meant we didn't have to worry about running out. We slept too late for breakfast, but did get coffee. I'd definitely recommend it.
