They even arranged a firm bed for us, which I really appreciated since soft beds don't work for everyone. The room was well kept despite the hotel's age and lack of updates. It was clean, the service was friendly and quick to respond, and we had a pleasant stay.

The location was great, and the staff were nice. Our room was small but clean, though the bathroom feels overdue for an update, with very low showerheads and toilets. A fresh coat of paint outside would make a huge difference. The place could use a facelift.

The sheets and room were clean, but the beds were badly worn and uncomfortable. That old spring mattress really did a number on my back.

The office lady was professional and bilingual, and the rooms were clean and reasonably priced. Great place to stay!

It's an older hotel, but it's clean and well maintained. My only gripe is that there's nowhere to plug in a curling iron or anything in the bathroom area.
