Holiday Inn Express & Suites Grand Rapids South - Wyoming by IHG

The employee who helped us change rooms was nice, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Our first room’s tub wouldn’t drain, so we were moved to a smaller room with a rollaway bed that was awful and needs replacing. The fridge and air conditioner made the room noisy. There was pink sticky stuff on the toilet, little ants all over the bathroom, and the shower curtain in the accessible shower didn’t keep water off the floor. The shower itself was ridiculous to use.

We stayed this past weekend with my son’s hockey team and it was a fantastic choice. The kids had a place to be kids without bothering other guests, and staff were really friendly and accommodating. Our schedule was hectic, with early games, but they let us have the complimentary breakfast before we headed out. The rooms were clean. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

The room was fresh-smelling, tidy, and clean, and breakfast was hot and fresh. The coffee was AMAZING, which matters a lot to me. Staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to answer questions or help. They offered us a bottle of water when we arrived, and we still got our bonus points. I picked this hotel for holiday travel based on its reviews and location, and it turned out to be a solid, seemingly very safe place. I’m not easy to please, so you can take my recommendation seriously.

The hotel, rooms, and lobby were all clean and smelled nice. Everyone made it feel welcoming, from the front desk to the kitchen staff and the young woman in hospitality. My family booked rooms here this past weekend, and I was very impressed. I definitely recommend it, and we’ll be back. Keep up the great work!
