The large lawn is great for walking dogs, and the location is hard to beat as a halfway stop when traveling south from Northeast Ohio to get away from the cold. The lobby is very nice. Rooms are minimalist but thoughtfully designed with what you need, and they felt neat and very livable.

After a long day of driving, I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming place to land. I travel often, and this was one of the most excellent hospitality experiences I’ve had in recent years. The front desk staff were kind as soon as I came in and made me feel at home. They even had a welcome bag for my dog. My room was modern, sparkling clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff clearly pay attention and want guests to have a fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be back!

The front desk team really made my stay. They were warm, attentive, and helpful with every little question, making everything feel easy and leaving me smiling. Tru by Hilton Wytheville also felt fresh, bright, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My spotless room had a lovely design and just the right comfort. Breakfast was a highlight too, with generous, tasty choices well above usual hotel standards, including fresh waffles, great coffee, and plenty of healthy options. This is a stylish, hassle-free stop if you’re passing through southwest Virginia. I loved my stay and am already planning another!

We spent three weeks at this Tru last September. Our room was great after we switched to the double room, which had more sq ft. My only room complaint was the lack of a sitting area, but I could use the outdoor seating and the couches and lounge areas in the lobby. We were on the 4th floor, and my two main housekeepers were AWESOME! I wish I’d gotten their names so I could recognize them. Both had long black hair. The front desk was always accommodating, especially Doug. I hope we get to visit again soon.
